Gender In/Equality and Violence Against Women and Girls in Lebanon Including the Perspectives of Women from Vulnerable Host Communities and Syrian Refugee Women (BRIEF) highlights the pressing issue of gender-based violence in Lebanon, particularly among vulnerable host communities and Syrian refugee women. This report sheds light on the challenges faced by women in Lebanon, including limited access to resources and cultural barriers that perpetuate gender inequality. The perspectives of women from vulnerable host communities and Syrian refugee women are also included in the report, highlighting the unique challenges faced by these groups. The report concludes with a call for action to address the root causes of gender inequality and violence against women in Lebanon.
